Baxter

Baxter is a beautiful, elegant and super chatty Tuxedo with a way too friendly disposition. He loves playing with his toys and catching rats! He doesn't love to be picked up but will happily throw himself on the ground in front of anyone for a good pet and belly rub. He is a neighbourhood staple and almost everyone is familiar with him.
